If you’ve been seeking confidence, love, and validation outside of you—this is where it changes. Inside the Self-Love & Glow Journey, you won’t just “work on mindset.” You will learn how to become your own safe place. You’ll stop negotiating with your worth. You’ll stop shrinking, over-explaining, and doubting yourself after you speak. You’ll stop waiting for someone else to choose you—because you’ll finally choose you. Together, we’ll release the beliefs and emotional patterns that keep you stuck in self-doubt, people pleasing, and over giving. You’ll learn to regulate your nervous system, strengthen self-trust, and build a relationship with yourself that’s steady, loving, and unshakable. This isn’t about becoming “perfect.” This is about becoming fully you—with boundaries, confidence, and a glow that comes from inner safety. Cancellation Policy
Clients are permitted to cancel or reschedule coaching sessions with a minimum of 48 hour's notice. To initiate a cancellation or rescheduling, please contact me directly via email or phone to ensure prompt communication. Rescheduled sessions are subject to mutual availability. In instances of unforeseen emergencies or extenuating circumstances, please notify me as soon as possible. I recognize that unexpected situations may arise, and I am committed to accommodating your needs with flexibility and empathy. Session availability may be affected by external factors, such as holidays or vacations of either party. Refund Policy: The coaching relationship is built on principles of commitment and accountability. It is essential to understand that discomfort is a natural aspect of the process and signifies progress. Your coach will support you through discomfort, fostering growth and development. Refunds may be granted at my discretion but are not guaranteed. If you miss a session or cancel with less than 48 hour's notice, you will forfeit that session. Missed sessions may be rescheduled at the discretion of the coach. Attendance Expectations: Clients are expected to attend all scheduled weekly coaching sessions. If rescheduling becomes necessary, clients must provide a minimum of 48 hour's notice to the coach. A missed coaching session will be forfeited without rescheduling. Accountability Policy: Clients are encouraged to actively engage in exercises and practices between sessions to optimize progress. Accountability check-ins may be conducted to monitor progress and address obstacles. Well-Being Focus: Coaching with Maria Ball is designed as a collaborative program aimed at empowering your life. This is achieved by exploring the narratives that may impede your full potential. Coaching is distinct from therapy. Maria Ball is not a healthcare professional and does not provide therapy services. Coaching does not address mental health issues directly but facilitates guided conversations with actionable recommendations. By accepting these terms, you agree not to use any materials created by your coach for financial gain. Reproduction or sharing of materials provided by your coach is prohibited without written permission from Maria Ball. All coaching sessions are confidential unless disclosure is legally required. Sessions must be booked and used within eight (8) months of purchase; unused sessions after this period are forfeited and non-refundable.
