My name Maria Ball
I help women remember their worth, rebuild their confidence, and become the woman they were always meant to be.
I am deeply devoted to helping women stop abandoning themselves and start choosing themselves fully. My work is rooted in self-love, self-confidence, self-validation, and unconditional self-acceptance, because when a woman learns to love herself, trust herself, and become her own cheerleader, everything in her life begins to change.
This is the heart of Self-Love & Glow: helping women transform from the inside out so they can live with confidence, clarity, boundaries, and authentic power.

My Story
I know what it feels like to carry old beliefs, self-doubt, and patterns of thinking and feeling that disconnect you from your power.
I know what it feels like to question your worth, to seek validation outside of yourself, and to move through life while silently abandoning your own needs.
And I also know what it takes to change.
My transformation began when I chose to stop living from old survival patterns and start rebuilding my relationship with myself, with compassion, truth, and intention. I had to release limiting beliefs, shift old identities, and practice new ways of thinking, feeling, and showing up. I had to learn how to create safety within my body, regulate my emotions, trust myself again, and embody the woman I knew I was meant to be.
That journey changed my life.
And now, it is my mission to help other women do the same.
My Mission
I am here to help women remember who they are, and rise into the life they deserve.
I am deeply passionate about guiding women through transformation that is not just temporary
motivation, but lasting inner change.
My mission is to help women:
-
build self-confidence from the inside out
-
develop self-love that is consistent, not conditional
-
practice self-validation instead of waiting for outside approval
-
love themselves unconditionally through every season
-
become their own safe place, their own support, and their own cheerleader
-
create a life that reflects their worth, truth, and power
I believe women don’t need more pressure to “perform.”
They need tools, support, and a process that helps them come back home to themselves.
